LeafGuard's No Clog Warranty 

LeafGuard of Arkansas guarantees the LeafGuard gutters will not clog for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides at the said address. The LeafGuard gutter will remain free flowing provided the gutter and attached downspout is not externally damaged impeding the surface adhesions and/or internal flow of roof rainwater. Small amounts of debris inside the gutters do not constitute a clog. In the very unlikely event your LeafGuard gutters or 3" X 4" downspout are no longer free flowing (clogged), LeafGuard of Arkansas, Inc. will unclog or replace the impeded LeafGuard downspout section (LeafGuard of Arkansas, Inc.'s choice), at no charge to the original purchaser. This warranty is subject to the concurrent installation of oversized 3" X 4" downspouts. If downspouts other than 3" X 4" are utilized, this warranty makes no claim as to the performance, or continued performance of such downspouts, and the ability to make sure existing downspouts are clear of any prior debris or blockage. This warranty is in force as long as the original purchaser resides in the home. If the home is subsequently sold and LeafGuard of Arkansas, inc. feels that LeafGuard and downspouts (if applicable) are in satisfactory condition, ownership may be transferred within 30 days of purchase. The warranty can be transferred to the subsequent homeowner for a free of $100.00 at the time of such transfer, the term of the warranty is limited to ten years from the date of the transfer.

LeafGuard of Arkansas is not responsible for consequential damage such as rotten fascia boards, etc. If the LeafGuard system is removed or re-installed by any other company other than LeafGuard of Arkansas. The no-clog warranty becomes null and void. Damage to the system by wind, hail or other acts of God are not covered by this warranty. Leaks at miters, inside or outside corners and endcaps are guaranteed for a period of two years. Any services not covered by this warranty will be charged the current service charge plus any parts or materials.
